Job Title: Timesheet Administrator

Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Timesheet Administrator to join our team in managing the weekly operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing company timesheets ensuring data entry and calculations are transferred accurately for weekly submissions.

The Successful Applicant will:
- Be proficient with MS office software (Excel)
- Have good working knowledge of GDPR and Right to Work legislation.
- Can demonstrate methodical administration skills with high levels of accuracy - conscientious.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Have excellent communication skills across all business levels verbal and written – professional manner at all times.
- Be trustworthy and highly confidential.
- Be able to build rapport and develop professional relationships with staff, contractors and customers.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely data entry and calculation of weekly timesheets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review the submission of timesheets to ensure valid data transfer for everyone.
- Liaise with managers and wider team with timesheet queries.
- Main point of contact for timesheet queries, answering incoming calls and actioning various inboxes.
- Maintain relevant records and ensure information is up to date.
- Set-up new starters on company systems and verify right to work checks.
