Job Title: Timesheet Administrator

Opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Timesheet Administrator to join our Accounts team in a part-time role. You will be expected to process company timesheets and support the wider accounts team with ad hoc administration; reporting to the Junior Accounts Manager.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely data entry and calculation of weekly timesheets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review the submission of timesheets to ensure valid data transfer for everyone.
- Liaise with the relevant departments for timesheet queries.
- One of the main points of contact for timesheet queries, answering incoming calls and actioning the timesheet inbox.
- Maintain relevant records and ensure all related timesheet information is up to date.
- Assist the accounts team with processing weekly invoices including filing, stamping and other ad hoc administration.

- Be proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel).
- Have knowledge of Right to Work legislation
- Be GDPR competent.
