Job Title: Plant Administrator

Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Plant Administrator to provide daily support to the wider plant department. The role will focus on all administration tasks linked to key plant activities and will involve processing and maintaining data to help improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Log and maintain all RM and CAM breakdowns on the breakdown list/with specific suppliers where necessary.
- Van Usage Audits – Weekly.
- Machine Idling times on excavators – Monthly.
- Log and maintain hours and mileage reports.
- Inventory Hilti Audits – Weekly.
- Calibration surveys.
- Vehicle Fleet Administration (Vans).
- General administrative duties.
The Successful Applicant will:
- Have experience in a busy administrative role (one year required).
- Be proficient in MS Office software (Excel and Microsoft Word).
- Demonstrate methodical administration skills with good attention to detail.
- Be able to build long-term external and internal relationships.
- Have excellent communication across all business levels, with a strong telephone manner.
- Have the ability to work independently and on own initiative when required.
- Be able to identify risks and find resolutions to potential problems or issues.
