Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be the first point of contact for the front desk, providing professional and efficient customer service and administrative support to the Head Office.

RM Contractors have been delivering quality residential groundworks and civil engineering services for over 25 years. With regional offices in Worcestershire and Oxfordshire we're well placed to serve the UK's top house builders operating in the Midlands and Home Counties. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing mainline phone calls, taking messages where necessary
  • Organising courier and post office deliveries and collections
  • Maintaining general office supplies contracts for head office and sites. (Water, stationary etc)
  • Creating and laminating order sheets for sites
  • Preparation of new projects documentation packs
  • Ad hoc scanning, laminating and printing

The Successful Applicant will:
  • Have previous experience in an administrative or front of house environment.
  • Have methodical administration skills with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all business levels
  • Be resilient, professional and possesses a good work ethic
  • Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Have a sense of urgency
  • GDPR competent
  • Proficient with MS office software (Word, Excel)
  • Level 3 qualification in Customer service or Business Administration – Is desirable

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Weekly Hours: 08:00am to 16:30pm
  • 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
