We are actively seeking enthusiastic apprentices to participate in our 2025 Groundworks Apprentice Programme.

This position offers the chance to engage in hands-on work on a busy construction site whilst pursuing your qualification through scheduled college blocks.

As an apprentice, you'll have the invaluable opportunity to learn from experienced groundworkers, acquiring skills and expertise necessary for preparing sub-surfaces for structural work to begin on-site.

Your duties will involve installing drainage systems, concreting, building roads and pathways, and executing final touches on hard landscaping projects.

The Successful Applicant will:

• Hold GCSE's in Maths and English at Level 2 or above
• Be dedicated to undertaking the Level 2 Groundworks Apprentice Standard - minimum 18 months
• Be available to start work from 21st July 2025
• Can commute to college (Construction College, Walsall)

Package:

• Contract Type: Apprentice
• Weekly Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday (8:00 to 16:00 if under 18 years)
• 31 days annual leave; inclusive of Bank Holidays
• Employee Assistive Programme
